Three months after his near-death encounter with the mysterious intruder Zem, Rocopon has made a full recovery…at least, physically. Though not without some concerns, his handlers reinstate him for active duty, and unleash him on the secret lair of the Shadow Fight Society. Determined to never let a human humiliate him like that again, he tears through their army of assassins with a vengeance. But before he can complete the mission and destroy the organization for good, he gets an urgent call from the boss recalling him to headquarters—Zem has returned, and this time he just might finish the job.
