2036. Tokyo, ravished by the radioactive contamination caused by an accident at a nuclear power plant, is now in lockdown. "COPPELION", a special unit of the third division of Japan's Ground SelfDefense Forces made up of three high school girls, genetically engineered to be impervious to radioactivity, is sent in to Tokyo; "The City of Death".
