Though Kodansha USA has already taken steps to rectify this issue with a subsequent printing we understand that there may still be affected customers.

This includes filling out all necessary information—including your email, name, address, and phone number. You will also need to take a photo of the colophon page for your affected book and submit it as part of this form.
Once submitted, a Kodansha customer service representative will reach out to you to confirm your submission, then a new corrected book will be shipped soon after.
